Delivery & Return Policy
All orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM EST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays) and will start shipping within 2 business days depending on availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 12 PM EST will begin processing the next business day and start shipping within 2 business days. All orders placed on Friday after 12 PM EST will begin processing the following Monday. If the merchandise selected is not currently available or if additional information is needed for credit or shipping verification, we will contact you by e-mail. Please note that delivery times do NOT include Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
We ship all products via US Postal Service and UPS ground. Please allow 2-5 days for delivery based on your location.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept all unworn merchandise in its original package for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Keep the original invoice for your records and mail the return(s) back to the following return address: Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. When no proof of purchase is available, we will refund the most recent price charged for items returned to us. Refunds will be made in the manner in which the payment was made. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception noted below.
